Who Won the Free Health and Wellness Bundle?
The winner was Queenie, a single mom of 5 and a local school bus driver from Westminster. She started her health journey in March and had already lost 30 pounds by the time she won.
She entered because she wants to keep getting stronger and healthier for herself and her family. We announced her as the winner on September 8.
What Was in the Health and Wellness Bundle?
The bundle paired a 6 month Crunch Fitness membership with a $150 LifeMed gift card, LifeMed T-shirts and more apparel, shaker cups and a gift basket full of other prizes. We put it all together for 1 lucky winner, and our giveaway post said exactly who it was for.

Who Are LifeMed Institute and Crunch Fitness Westminster?
LifeMed Institute and Crunch Fitness Westminster are the two businesses behind Queenie’s bundle. Matt at Crunch gave the 6 month membership, and Vinnie at LifeMed gave the gift card, apparel and shaker cups.
LifeMed Institute is based in Timonium, Maryland. Our friend Carl knew Vinnie and asked if LifeMed would be interested in helping out, and Vinnie was in. Give them a follow on Instagram at @lifemedinstitute to see more of what they do.
Crunch Fitness Westminster put up our very first giveaway without hesitating for a second. That one handed Kierston a full year membership and 4 personal training sessions.
